6 & Under
Introduce your child to tennis with slower, softer balls on a smaller court. Fun games help new players develop the technique and coordination needed to progress in tennis play.
9 & Under
These players will prepare to transition to the 60’ court. They have demonstrated an understanding of basic groundstroke and serve technique as well as the ability to rally 10 or more in a row. Players are both physically and mentally prepared to begin to work on the situational aspects of the game.
12 & Under
This offers a chance for junior players to continue developing their techniques and to implement more advanced tactics in both team and individual match settings.
12 & Under ELITE
The most advanced stage before progressing to a standard tennis ball. ELITE is for the more advanced 12 & Under player. The 12 & Under ELITE class will continue to include instruction on stroke development and mechanics but will focus more on match play and tactical skill development. Must be approved by a Head Tennis Pro.
14 & Under
Players continue to work on skill development and match tactics using standard balls on a regulation court. A variety of drills and games keep players engaged while continuing to build technique.
18 & Under
Skill development continues with increasing focus on building individual player’s strengths. More match tactics are discussed and practiced. For JV or Varsity level players.
Junior Match Play – ages 8-18
Players will learn to put the skills that they have learned to work in match play situations. Singles and doubles tactics will be reviewed. Rules of tournament play will be enforced. If a junior attends a weekly class full time, they will receive 50% off their Junior Match Play registration. A junior may drop in for $20/week. Sign up is required to drop in.
